蓝黑扁角叶甲云南亚种Platycorynus niger yunnanensis Tan, 1982

鉴别特征：该亚种与指名亚种Pl. niger niger (Chen)（分布于四川）外形十分近似，与后者的区别在于：触角全黑，基部三节的端部不呈红色；复眼沟较深；前胸背板刻点较疏，间距上的小刻点微细，不显；雄外生殖器不同。

分布区域： 云南。

Remark: This subspecies is distinguished from the nominate subspecies Pl. niger niger (Chen) from Sichuan by the colour of antennae entirely black, the ocular sulci deeper; the pronotal punctures sparser, the minute punctures on interspaces indistinct, and lastly, the structure difference of the aedeagus.
